Food is the base of the whole project. We enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner together as a family so that we can connect and collaborate with our community.
The meals provided are delicious and healthy. We follow a plant-based diet created from seasonal, local produce purchased at the Braga Municipal Market.
Our menu plan has been created by Ohm, an international chef with over thirty years of experience, who focused on flavors as well as nutrition.
Twice a week, we go together to Braga´s Mercado Municipal interacting with local producers, talking Portuguese and discovering all the flavors and aroma of seasonal ingredients.
We are very aware of our consumption habits impact in nature, that is why more than 80% of our food consumption is based on products and ingredients that we buy in this local market.
